- When are the trading hours?
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Can I trade after trading hours?
- The buyer can place a bid, in case the bid is the asking price you will have to contact a representant to make sure the asking price was still the same.
- Can the seller raise the asking price?
- The seller may raise the asking price due to market changes, unless someone has already bid the asking price.
- Where can I see the description of the cattle?
- Just click on auctions and then click on the lot #.
- Where can I see pictures of the cattle?
- The pictures are located at the bottom part of descriptions and if you want to enlarge a picture just click it.
- Who describes the cattle?
- El Paso Cattle representative-sorter will describe the cattle.
- Will I have to pay any fees?
- NO FEES! The buyer will not have to pay anything extra, except for the cattle and freight or if you choose to use your own trucks, just the cattle.
- What does load means?
- A load means a set of cattle between 47,000lbs and 50,000lbs unless an arrangement from both parties.
- In case of an urgency who do I contact?
- Click on contact and you can send an email or call a representative.
- How do I get a buyer username and password?
- On the top right side of the screen click on register and fill out all the neccesary information. After reviewing all the information the company will decide if you were approved or not and we will send an email.
- How do I logged in?
- On the top right side of the screen click on log in and fill the required information.
- How do I place a bid?
- Logged in and then click on auctions and select the lot you want to purchase and enter a bid.
- How will I know if I win the cattle?
- It will show sold on your screen and you will receive an email with all the information and a contract to sign.
- How long is my bid good for?
- Your bid is good till the expiration day unless you call a representant and cancelled the bid.

- You can find it on the register section.
